When we sub to the Patreon, do we get permanent access to whatever version of the game is out by then or do we have to stay subbed to access the game at any time?
You have to stay subbed to get new version, until it becomes public. As any other game on patreon.
But, for the current public version, some of the scenes and perks like 'text skip,' are locked behind Patreon. If I sub and that sub expires, do I lose access to the locked scenes and perks on the public version of the game?
You can buy a bundle with completed chapters on itch.io and the skip and saves will stay forever

Hey TitDang do you plan to add sound effects during the hentai scenes? Like moaning or sucking sounds. That would make the game even more enjoyable to play. I realized that I was madly in love with Luna's animations, but then I also realized that some sound effect like moaning or sucking was missing to make the gameplay 1000% better,especially in the scene where she gets stuck in the wall. If that scene only had sound effects. ♥

Is the full version available for download for free? Apologize, I want to better understand the pro's of purchasing the episodes. Are the download able versions just demo's?
Episodes include only the fully completed content from the game, divided into chapters (4 of the 5 existing chapters are available for purchase). The advantage is that in order to unlock all scenes in all episodes, you do not have to replay the game each time, there is a "fast way" for each scene in each episode.
However, the episodes available for purchase do not include all the new content that is only available in early access, such as bonus scenes for Patrons or Episode 5, which is in development.
The difference between episodes and the demo client on this page is that the demo client does not include the ability to skip text and multiple saves of the game.

The Episode 5 is not finished, so if you found all the scenes in gallery, it means you've seen all the content for the version
The Potion Goes To Lanaya - In the story arc 'Lanaya's trouble' proceed or skip the introduction, then choose 'Another round of Never Have I Ever.' After that, talk to the men in the tavern (click sequentially on the speech bubbles at the bottom-left, bottom-center, and then bottom-right of the screen). This will trigger a scene where Lanaya and Luna discuss questions for the next round with a random guy from the tavern. Next, talk to the men in the tavern again by clicking on the exclamation marks in the same locations. Try to choose different options so that no variable in the inventory exceeds 3 and you do not lose. After this, you'll get another scene where Luna and Lanaya discuss tactics for the game, but this time with Owner. Following that, click on the bottom-left speech bubble with the men in the tavern. Then choose the option involving Futa potion. Select Lanaya. This will lead you to the scene.

I just don't understand. I found this game under the lesbian tag, the very top image shown is Luna with another woman, and I play the game and interact exclusively with men until I get a shitty ending. What a total scam.

You can avoid all sex scenes with men in the first part of the game

The version you can download on this page contains all the free scenes up to version v0.39. However, it is more of a demo version of the game because it has a limited number of saves and the text skip function is disabled. The "Episodes" versions contain all the fully completed content for different chapters of the game. Currently, 4 fully completed episodes are available. Episodes are not a demo version; it is ready content for each part of the story. You can quickly get scenes in there. The number of saves is not limited, and text skip is available.
